Kalamota Nekretnine d.o.o. (“we”, “us”, “Kalamota”) respects your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with the **General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679)**, the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (OG 42/18) and the Act on Hospitality Activities of the Republic of Croatia.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data.

### 2.1. Guest personal data (mandatory for booking)
– Name and surname of each guest
– Date of birth
– Passport or ID number
– Citizenship
– Residence address
– Email address
– Telephone number
– Arrival and departure dates
– Number of people in the group

### 2.2. Financial data
– IBAN of bank account (for deposit refund)
– Payment details (card type – without CVV number)
– Reservation and deposit amount

### 2.3. Technical data
– IP address (website security)
– Browser and device type
– Access time

## 3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

**We share data EXCLUSIVELY with:**

– eVisitor system (Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Croatia)

– Tax Administration of the Republic of Croatia (issuing invoices)

– Ministry of Interior (in cases prescribed by law)

✅ **Financial institutions:**

– Banks (processing payments and deposit refunds)

– Payment systems (PayPal, cards – for authorization only)

✅ **Insurers** (only in case of damage to the property)

✅ **Legal advisors** (in case of dispute)

**WE DO NOT SHARE data with:**
❌ Marketing agencies
❌ Third parties for advertising purposes
❌ Social networks

## 5. DATA STORAGE PERIODS

Kalamota Nekretnine applies the following data protection measures:

**We do not accept reservations from children under 16 years of age without an adult.**

We collect data from children under 16 years of age only as part of a group reservation with the consent of a parent/guardian.

## 10. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING

**Kalamota Nekretnine DOES NOT use:**
❌ Automated decision-making
❌ Guest profiling
❌ Algorithmic scoring

All decisions (acceptance of reservations, return of deposits) are made manually by employees.

## 11. DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU

**All data is stored and processed exclusively on servers in the European Union.**

Exception: PayPal (USA) – has valid Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) for GDPR compliance.
